OUR IMPLEMENTATION METHODWe use major elements of Infor Deployment Method, IDM, as our implementation methodology in order to define and implement business systems. This methodology is divided into three levels (Control, Manage and Deliver) and a number of phases, extending from the pilot project to final delivery and the end of the project.
