Support Consultants to Elvenite

Elvenite is now looking for Support Consultants who want to be part of our journey in helping our customers grow through digitalization and smart IT solutions.
About the role
As a Support Consultant, you will be an important part of a dedicated support team where we combine technology, business understanding, and service to create value for our customers. We provide support in all areas of business systems such as finance, supply chain, production, integrations, and other business processes.
You will mainly work with 1st and 2nd line support, but you will also get the chance to participate in projects, release management, and technical activities. We offer development opportunities, a supportive culture, and the chance to work on exciting projects with some of the largest companies in the Nordics within Food & Beverage, Fashion, and Manufacturing.
A typical day may include:
• Handling incoming support tickets and following up on ongoing issues
• Participating in planned project work or feature releases
• Collaborating closely with our customers to find solutions and create value
We are looking for someone who has:
• Experience working in or with business systems (e.g., Infor M3, SAP, Oracle)
• Previous experience in support or customer service
• Strong customer service mindset and an interest in helping clients
• Good command of English (additional languages such as German or French are a plus)
• A genuine interest in technology and curiosity to learn more
It is a plus if you also have experience with:
• Infor M3 or Cloudsuite
• Jira
• Azure and/or AWS
