AI is quickly changing how companies compete, lead their organizations and create business value. At the same time, the gap is growing between what technology makes possible and what organizations actually manage to turn into results.
During Almedalen Week, Elvenite joins conversations on AI leadership, preparedness, inclusion and how companies can move from technological potential to practical impact. The focus is on leadership, direction, data, responsibility and the ability to create value in real operations.
Access to AI, data and modern business systems is no longer the main differentiator. The decisive question is how companies lead the change, build capability and turn technology into better decisions, stronger processes and measurable value.
That is also the core of Elvenite's presence at Almedalen 2026. We want to contribute to a more concrete discussion about what AI leadership means in practice - in industry, in questions of societal resilience and in companies' long-term competitiveness.
Here are the program items where Elvenite is an organizer or where Mathias Dyberg participates during Almedalen Week.

Lunch Conversation in Biskopens Trädgård - Leadership Teams When the Outside World Gives No Clear Answers
Location: Biskopens trädgård, Biskopsgatan 1, Visby
An invitation-only lunch conversation away from the crowded streets of Visby. BOLD People hosts the conversation, which brings together approximately 25 CEOs and executive team leaders from both the private and public sectors to discuss what actually determines whether a leadership team can deliver when the outside world no longer gives clear answers.
The focus is on how leadership teams keep strategic pace when urgent operational work takes over, how they make decisions together under high uncertainty and how they communicate direction clearly to the organization even when they do not have all the answers.
