Senior Infor M3-consultant in finance

Do you want to use your Finance and Infor M3 experience for more than just implementing an ERP system?

We are looking for an experienced Senior Infor M3 Finance Consultant who wants to join our growing team and work with some of the Nordic region’s leading companies in Food & Beverage, Retail and Fashion.

At Elvenite, you will combine your knowledge of financial processes with Infor M3 while working alongside other experienced specialists. You will take significant responsibility, influence solutions and serve as a trusted adviser to our customers in complex transformation projects.

Your role

As a Senior Infor M3 Finance Consultant, you will play a key role in our customer projects and be an important part of the Elvenite team.

We work in project-based teams, bringing together colleagues with different areas of expertise and collaborating closely with our customers’ organisations. You will be expected to take independent responsibility for your area while contributing to the bigger picture and helping both the customer and the team move forward.

You will work at the intersection of business operations, financial processes and technology, helping our customers improve how Infor M3 supports their finance processes.

Your work may include:

• Designing, configuring and implementing Finance solutions in Infor M3

• Optimising processes such as general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payments and fixed assets

• Working with accounting flows and the integration between Finance and other parts of the business

• Understanding complex business requirements and translating them into smart, efficient and sustainable solutions

• Identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to more efficient and automated finance processes

• Leading workshops and advising finance teams, process owners and other decision-makers

• Contributing best practices and challenging both us and our customers when you see better ways forward

• Supporting other consultants and sharing your knowledge with the team

As a senior consultant, you will have the opportunity to draw on the experience you have already built while continuing to develop. What matters to us is not simply that M3 works—it is that financial processes and the wider business work better because of what we do.

Who do we think you are?

We are looking for someone with several years of experience working with Infor M3 and financial processes who feels confident in a consulting role.

You understand how a finance function operates, as well as how Finance connects with the rest of the business. You recognise the relationships between areas such as sales orders, purchasing, inventory, production and finance, and understand how decisions in one flow affect another.

You can move comfortably between system-level details and the broader business perspective. You are able to take independent ownership of your area, build trust with customers and collaborate with other specialists to find the best solution.

We believe you have solid experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Financial accounting

• Payment flows

• Fixed assets

• Accounting rules and posting flows

• Period-end and year-end closing processes

• Financial monitoring and reporting

• Integrations between Finance and other business processes in M3

You have strong experience with ERP systems and Infor M3, ideally from implementations, major change programmes or complex business environments.

You communicate fluently in Swedish and English. Norwegian is an advantage.
