Nudie Jeans is now live in Infor M3 Cloud – an important step in the company's ambition to operate on a continuously updated and future-proof platform.
A platform for continuous development
By transitioning to CloudSuite, Nudie Jeans gains access to regular Feature Releases and the latest functionality in the solution. This reduces the need for extensive upgrade projects in the future and simplifies both management and support.
The transition to Infor M3 Cloud is an important step in our ongoing digitalisation. We now have a modern and more future-proof platform that provides us with the right conditions to further develop our processes and meet upcoming demands in a better way. The collaboration with Elvenite has worked very well, with clear communication and a shared drive forward throughout the entire project.
The goal has been clear: to leverage the ongoing development of the cloud platform while creating a more sustainable and long-term system environment.
Simplified solution architecture and increased standardisation
The project has been carried out as planned, both in terms of time and budget, despite some changes along the way.
A key part of the work has been to replace older custom solutions and modifications with modern cloud-adapted solutions and standard functionality in M3. This has contributed to a more standardised structure and a system that is easier to further develop over time.

Nudie Jeans has played an active and driving role in the project. Extensive preparatory work was carried out with process mapping and documentation of existing workflows. During the testing phases and at go-live, the customer's team has been deeply involved, which has been an important success factor.

Managing complex integrations and document flows
Among the major challenges were managing complex integrations, migrating documents from Streamserve to IDM, and phasing out older customisations.
With a strong digital business and extensive e-commerce, the integrations are business-critical. This demanded high standards of planning, testing, and execution – especially during the transition to the Cloud itself.
