TINE, one of Norway's largest food companies and owned by more than 7,500 Norwegian dairy farmers, has selected Elvenite as its partner for a comprehensive pre-study ahead of TINE's ERP transformation. The pre-study will provide a clear basis for decision-making and an implementation plan for an upgrade to Infor M3 CloudSuite.
The upgrade to Infor M3 CloudSuite will give TINE a modern cloud platform and a common, group-wide foundation for data, business processes and ways of working. The pre-study covers key parts of TINE's operations, from commercial processes and planning to production, warehousing, distribution and finance. The work will ensure that existing investments, business requirements, operational needs and identified improvement opportunities are incorporated into the future cloud solution.
“The ERP transformation will give us a common platform that supports the business both today and in the future. Through the pre-study, we will define where we are going and how best to carry out the upgrade to Infor M3 CloudSuite. Elvenite has a strong understanding of both the technology and the business processes the solution needs to support. This makes Elvenite a strong partner for us in this work,” says Henrik Bachke Madsen, konserndirektør for IT og digitalisering i TINE.
“We are very proud and pleased to have earned TINE's trust. Through the pre-study, we will work together to create a clear picture of how TINE can make the most of the opportunities offered by Infor M3 CloudSuite and establish a solid foundation for the planned upgrade. We are very much looking forward to working together,” says Mathias Dyberg, CEO of Elvenite.
The pre-study is scheduled to begin in September 2026.
