Are you newly graduated and ready to grow? With Elvenite's trainee programme, you get a flying start in the consultancy role and an opportunity to develop in an environment where people, technology and business go hand in hand. With us, you will grow alongside engaged colleagues, inspiring leaders and other trainees.
For six months, you will alternate between training sessions, workshops and real customer projects - all with a focus on giving you the tools, experience and confidence you need to grow in the role and create real value for our customers.

The programme runs for six months.
Five raining sessions filled with knowledge and energy
During the period, five training sessions will be held at one of our offices. Each meeting lasts for two days and starts with a joint dinner and activity – a perfect opportunity to make connections and build relationships. The programme begins with a kick-off and concludes with an inspiring kick-out.
Build the foundation for your future consulting career
The training focuses on your personal development in the consultant role. You will gain tools and insights in self-leadership, feedback, communication, business acumen, and agile working methods – everything necessary to grow in the role of a consultant.
