Are you a recent graduate ready to grow? The trainee program is currently open for applications to our Oslo office only. Here, you’ll get a strong start in your consulting career and the opportunity to develop in an environment where people, technology, and business go hand in hand. You’ll grow alongside engaged colleagues, inspiring leaders, and fellow trainees.
Over six months, you’ll combine training sessions, workshops, and real customer projects — all designed to give you the tools, experience, and confidence you need to succeed in your role and create real value for our customers.

The programme runs for six months.
Five training sessions filled with knowledge and energy
During the period, five training sessions will be held at one of our offices. Each meeting lasts for two days and starts with a joint dinner and activity – a perfect opportunity to make connections and build relationships. The programme begins with a kick-off and concludes with an inspiring kick-out.
Build the foundation for your future consulting career
The training focuses on your personal development in the consultant role. You will gain tools and insights in self-leadership, feedback, communication, business acumen, and agile working methods – everything necessary to grow in the role of a consultant.
