Elvenite nominated for ERP Project of the Year 2026

Elvenite and IPCO have been selected as one of three finalists for HerbertNathan & Co's award for Business System Project of the Year 2025/2026. The nomination concerns the global ERP project where IPCO, together with Elvenite, upgraded 33 units in 31 countries from Infor M3 13.4 to Infor M3 CloudSuite in a coordinated global go-live on 20 October 2025.
The project included a comprehensive yet clearly defined modernisation of IPCO's ERP platform, focusing on securing long-term system support, creating a modern cloud-based foundation, and executing the transition with minimal impact on operations. The rollout was carried out according to a Big Bang model within approximately eleven months and resulted in a stable transition with minimal disruption to daily operations.
The result was achieved through close cooperation between IPCO and Elvenite, a clear project scope, full-scale test cycles, detailed cut-over planning, and a well-prepared hypercare organisation. The project has laid the foundation for continued development, improved working methods, and long-term scalability in IPCO's global operations.
We are very proud of the nomination for ERP Project of the Year 2026. This is a testament to the strong collaboration between IPCO and Elvenite, and to a project carried out with great focus, high quality, and clear business value in a very complex international environment.
The winner will be announced during ERP Summit 2026 on 5 May 2026 in Stockholm.
