In our Trainee program, you mix training with work as a consultant in our customer projects.
We help you build the foundation to a future proof role as a consultant and attractive career, so that you can make a difference for customers as well as environment and community.

Program arrangement
The trainee job is a part of Combined Excellence where you together with trainees from other companies get a common education in modern leadership at five different occasions. During the trainee program you will be assigned a mentor and participate in study visits, seminars and collaboration activities that expand your professional network. You will receive a broad education in all our areas of expertise, to later choose a specialist area to develop further within.
After the program has finished we hope that you will remain as part of us!

ERP & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
As a consultant in ERP and business development you will work in the boarder between IT and business processes. You will get a broad understanding of the different business processes and knowledge of how to implement them in the ERP system – Infor M3. Du kommer efter en tid att specialisera dig inom någon av verksamhetsprocesserna: Produktion & Planering, Order & Logistik eller Finans och får därefter vara med och implementera lösningar hos våra kunder tillsammans med seniora kollegor.
DATA-ANALYSIS & BUSINESS INSIGHTS
As a consultant working with data analisys and business insightsyou will help our customers creating value and insights out of data. After a while, you will specialize in either data warehouse development, visualization (Qlik or Power BI), or development/data analysis with R, Python or Scala. You will get your own mentor, and help from senior collegues. You will also follow them to exciting projects at our customers.
INTEGRATION & DEVELOPMENT
As a consultant in integration and development you will help our customers to automate and streamline their processes by integrating different systems. You will get a broad understanding of the different business processes and knowledge of how they can be integrated between different systems, ERP and warehouse management system i.e. With us, you get a tailored education in the different integration tools and will quickly be able to deliver valuable solutions to our customers.
